The Community Action Partnership, CAP, is an Alliance of organizations based in Los Angeles County that have an interest in Re-entry efforts.  Education, housing, drug treatment, expungement, job development and any resource that helps a returning citizen as they adjust back into the community.

OC CAP Meetings are now in collaboration with the PACT + OC CARES Meetings.
