Why it Matters
There are so many in our community ready to work but facing barriers — whether it’s lack of housing, past justice involvement, or limited job options.
By learning a trade and earning income while they train, participants don’t just gain experience — they rebuild confidence and purpose.
This stage will focus on framing the floor, walls, and roof of our first model.
